The council may appoint and send an inspector to inspect the examinations to be taken from the relevant educational institution for the certificate of educational qualification or other degrees recognized in accordance with section 21. The inspectors appointed in this way will submit a report to the council detailing the details prescribed by the council regarding the examinations they have inspected.
